Luis Melchor along with his sons carefully collected and dried this coffee in a meticulous and disciplined way to give a cleanliness and complexity difficult to find in natural processed coffees. Grown on its "Frente del Cerro" plot, this coffee delivered comforting flavors of chocolate and caramel in the cup that give rise to notes of plum, strawberry, jasmine, pineapple and raisins throughout a balanced cup.
