Luis's family has worked together to produce one of the cleanest, most complete-profile coffees we have ever tasted. Cultivated in the community of Miramar Yucuhiti in the state of Oaxaca and processed with a dry fermentation, this coffee shows aromas of white flowers, notes of lemon grass and vanilla that accompany a silky body and an elegant and sweet acidity that reminds us of peaches.
